‘Maman,’ the latest two-part film by director Vex Ashley and produced by Four Chambers, explores the mommy kink, which is highly taboo and often narrowly portrayed in erotic media. The footnotes of the first film explain the years-long research and experimentation that went into making the film, including bio and body-hacking to discover how to induce lactation without actually being pregnant and how hormone therapy can contribute to one’s relationship with their own body in the role of Mommy. Maman redefines who and what it means to be Mommy. In other words, Maman is not just another step-mom porn.
